This painting has a rich canvas. The canvas is highly textured with both brush work and palette knife. My paintings reflect my region of the country. My home is at one of the highest elevations in the county. From my home to the Ohio River is less than 4 miles. When I was a child I dreamed of being able to fly. My paintings are a reflection of those childhood dreams. This painting is an abstract of rivers, the towns build around the rivers and landscapes. The painting is mounted onto the 2 part painted frame. The custom frame was designed to compliment the painting with additional elevations.
